This is a 60-year old female presented to HyOx Medical Treatment Center with soft tissue radiation necrosis of the left breast, following a failed thickness skin graft status post left mastectomy for cancer. The patient underwent 22 treatments in conjunction with wound care followed by an Apligraf and 8 more hyperbaric treatments. After breast reconstruction, the patient received further wound care and 17 additional treatments. The patient completed a total of 47 hyperbaric treatments.

Result: Apligraf did not slough creating a viable base for the successful reconstruction of the areola and nipple
